I’d love a 60 min relax and restore! Like an extra long class that feels like going on a silent retreat - especially with winter coming. Something that helps me cocoon and transform with slowness!

I have just about gone off all socials how I still have accounts. It genuinely doesn’t feed me and I’ve been in a place socially where I can’t be places that don’t feed me. I simply cant. Kind of like I’ve had no choice? I also don’t text very much and try to call people as much as possible :)
