Sending so much love your way Jess. I feel like I could echo so much of what you shared. Lots of hard times and sometimes, the only only only thing that helps is a hug, leaning on others and lots of tenderness. I’m 33 and my 30s so far have been filled with lots of lows. My mom too has passed on and it’s been hard to know where to land, and where I fit in. I’m on an upswing now, doing lots of vagus nerve exercises and crying with my friends and family, along with many Marnie workouts. I hope you find true comfort here. Sending you a huge huge hug

This class was phenomenal. I’ve never experienced a workout that was so much in flow and parasympathetic. Stretching and cooling down was built right in along with the heat. I could use more focus on the abdominals and keeping them activated more.

So much gratitude. Thank you for this quick and simple class to get me in my power!!
