Oh my gosh, this class is really special!

The moves were so fiery, really loved the standing barre leg work and floor abs! This class is just filled with so much fun and positivity! The playlist made my heart sing. Felt like I was in flash dance haha! Also loved enya at the end, I used to listen to my parents’ cd when I was a little girl. Brought back all the feels 🩷

This class feels like a longevity powerhouse with the up and down movements! The chair height is the perfect inbetween for floor and barre work, which creates such a unique workout.
