v sweaty, I almost gave up after the barre series as my legs were shaking but managed to push through to the end. this class definitely is a sneaky one for your legs that is more challenging than expected. one to practice and return to โ€ฆ love those to experience progress

A very sweaty, but one you can get through easily as its so balanced. Loved the barre moves with the weights. After 2 years of Mbody I can finally do 8 counts of rolling sautes....huge accomplishment for somebody who suffers from really low blood pressure!

Exactly what I needed after a lot of sitting this week. Nice stretch throughout the legs and hips and a sweat fest for sure!
