How did a 20 minute plank/push up class totally kick my 🍑? It’s the m/body promise, that’s how! Definitely need to favorite it to come back to see progress next time because when I say that was 🔥I am not joking!!

I loved having Twiggy here for this class! I personally love it when the fur babies come visit with us during workouts! My Ruthie loves to come lay nearby and it’s so precious 🩷so happy Twiggy found her forever home!!

I just got back from a 2 week trip to France (got back like a day ago) and while we had an amazing time and did plenty of walking, traveling is always tough on the bod. Still feeling pretty jet lagged and out of it, and certainly not up for a full signature but this was soooo yummy for what I needed. Powerful and sweaty and stretchy!

I second the ACOTAR series, and after I finished that one, I moved on to her Crescent City series which has been a fun ride!

So this week really knocked me down and out. Had a cold/congestion all week and on top of that hurt my upper right back shoulder area that even sitting at work was difficult. I haven't been able to really move my body aside from short walks with the dog since last Saturday's live class. Woke up feeling like a person again today, and this was absolutely magic. Used only a 2 lb weight, but I feel pumped through with fresh blood, stretched out, and strong! Loved also that it was all standing so didn't have to put my head low (I'm still slightly congested) so this would be a good one for anyone maybe having allergies too! Thanks, Marnie! :)

So deeply sweaty! Truly a lesson in how you have everything you need within yourself, no need for extra props (though of course we love our m/ovement ball and weights)! Amazing class as per usual!
