Wow this class! I’m catching up because my oldest daughter turned 10 on 9/23 and we had lots of celebrating to do💖 Absolutely loved mixing heavy weights into a 60. Please more of this!! Cannot wait to do this one again. Also just realized it is my 6 year M/BODY anniversary 🎉

This class is SO good. I am exhausted from a week long celebration of my oldest daughter turning 10 and I didn’t think I had a power class in me but I went for it anyways and I’m so glad I did. Puppy sass had me smiling big. Thank you for another gem of a class 💕 

Beautiful class. I lost my two senior gals in the same year and I miss them every day. Senior pups are just so special. Sending a hug. 

This class was exactly what I needed today. Such a great mix of everything and I was definitely sweating! The meditation at the end was perfect 💓
