I lost my furry baby Allegra this morning very unexpectedly and was wondering if anyone could share their favorite classes to do when working through grief? This is a tough time of year for me as I’m coming up on the first anniversary of losing my dad. Marnie’s classes have been such a joy in my life since October of 2020. Thanks everyone ❤️💔

Absolutely loved this one! Very challenging in the best of ways. I had put off doing it because I was nervous it would be too hard but now it’s a favorite I’ll definitely revisit! I feel strong 💪
