I saw the comments about the being a softer class and wasn’t sure I would like it but it was LOVE. An instant favorite. I am sweaty it don’t feel like I need to lay on the floor after to recover. Such a good class. Can’t wait to revisit!

I saved this class to do on what would have been my dog Allegra’s 12th adoptiversary. She was my soul dog and I lost her last July very suddenly and I miss her still every day. I had posted in the community board right after I lost her looking for a class just like this. Thank you for the healing in this beautiful class ❤️‍🩹 sending a hug to you Marnie and holding you in light as you grieve Bourbon.
