Love the deep Sculpt, Sweat & Stretch of our Signature class but feeling a little short on time? Then this one’s for you! Class seamlessly weaves intervals of joy inducing dance cardio & isometric barre inspired sculpt to create the perfect combination of strength training & metabolic conditioning. Class ends with a deep stretch flow to leave you feeling balanced and ready to take on the rest of your day.Great for: getting your sweat on with minimal impact (only one set of optional big jumps) and sculpting your obliques.Focus on: keeping your postural muscles engaged throughout to strengthen your back and open your lungs.Class begins at 2:36 and was previously recorded on 06/10/2023.Equipment Needed:M/OVEMENT BallWeights (1-3lbs)Barre (stable surface)Shop our signature M/OVEMENT Ball here:https://bit.ly/MOVEMENTBALL

We have this idea…. We want to create a fam fav collection because we want to feature YOU and hear YOUR voice! If you’d like to participate, comment below your fav video (of course you can add more than one 🥰) and along with it, please include a short sentence or two about why you LOVE IT!

We are so excited 😊 AGH!!!!! See you soon! 💕
