☀️ M/BODY takes Miami ☀️

This February, M/BODY will be in Miami for a day of wellness activities, giveaways, and two M/BODY classes hosted by Walmart all for FREE! 💫

Space is very limited, but of course we wanted to let all of you know before all the spots are taken!

The event is from 11am-4pm EST at the Walmart North Miami Beach Supercenter! Marnie will be teaching two 45 minute no equipment Signature workouts 🙌

LA Fires Zoom Fundraiser 💜

Thank you for all of the check-ins and kindness! Our LA team is all safe & extremely grateful. LA is our home and we love our community 🤍

We are heartbroken by the devastation caused by the fires & are working on ways to support those who have lost so much. On Saturday we will be doing a LIVE Zoom workout in lieu of our regular class to support those most devastated by the fires. We would LOVE you to join + share + invite as many people as possible to this interactive experience. Not only do we strive to raise desperately needed monetary donations, but also to raise the healing vibration in ways only our community can. Tomorrow we will be doing a 45 min Strong Back Soft Heart workout because movement and community are healing, so we wanted to come together to do both!
