Getting back into a full 60 after being sick and doing shorter workouts/ stretch videos. Loved this one, felt great to be back in my body!

Spouse made a fire this am, and left me to tend to it while he took the kids out to play. Craving a 60 (and so hard to get one in w kids around) so did the uplifting hits again today. A belated sweaty selfie! Xo
