Oh my! This is exactly what I needed today. Our world is so go, go, go. Even our workouts can become that harder, faster, more; work off what you ate, etc. This work is celebrating our body and moving to feel good in our body. PLUS the end message!!! Now I'm crying... Marnie, you so rock! xoxo
