Great class if you want your brain to SLOW DOWN. It pulls on the intrinsic strength of your legs which are always stronger than we give them credit for. Crowns held high. A great mildly sweaty reset.

Today’s live was a sweaty one 🥵incredibly challenging for mind and body but got me out of my funk. I can already feel the endorphins flowing. Wanted to remind everyone YOU ARE STRONGER THAN THE STORM ☔️whatever clouds linger overhead for you, This too shall pass! We embrace all the temporary discomfort on the mat, small bursts of bravery, for a long lasting benefit. Thank you fam!

I would think that if you flush with plain water after it helps. Also maybe decrease the percentage of lemon juice? I think it makes a big difference if you DONT brush your teeth immediately after too. I remember when I was younger and playing sports that brushing after Gatorade or certain sugary (even if natural sugar from lemon juice) can wear at your enamel.

I just finished the 4 year anniversary live. It was more emotional than I expected.This is a sacred space.

4 years ago when M/BODY and pandemic started, I had just taken a leap of faith and moved solo to California for a job. I was alone in my little apartment. Didn’t know a soul. My life was minimized to FT screens with family back east. The meditation at the end of class brought me back into that headspace - those terrifying lonely days- but I also reflected on how resilient we are and how much we’ve experienced since. M/BODY was a light in the darkness. There are no words ❤️ thank you all for the love and life and all the messy in between you pour out here. We leave it all on the mat and transform into our best selves.
