Another new favorite. Perfect to do after M<45 Barre Sweat/315. The meditation at the end is particularly salient, as my muscles twitch and I feel the sweat cooling and release that last bit of tension I’ve been holding in my chest, that knot of feelings where I’m most hard on myself. 45 hands down. But I love 30 min for days where I’m limited on time (I.e. perfect for travelling)
