My soul cat Scaramouche (white and gray), a rescue from Montreal, with his “brother” Finn who is one of my former fosters and was adopted by my parents!

I would die and go to heaven for an emo punk class…no let’s make it a whole playlist! Haha

Calming, energizing flow, the perfect remedy to Sunday scaries. I’m restarting the challenge after not meeting my own goal last month. This was the perfect reentry point.

Instant favorite ❤️

Great class if you want your brain to SLOW DOWN. It pulls on the intrinsic strength of your legs which are always stronger than we give them credit for. Crowns held high. A great mildly sweaty reset.

I would think that if you flush with plain water after it helps. Also maybe decrease the percentage of lemon juice? I think it makes a big difference if you DONT brush your teeth immediately after too. I remember when I was younger and playing sports that brushing after Gatorade or certain sugary (even if natural sugar from lemon juice) can wear at your enamel.

Destination Vienna sounds wonderful 😘

I second that! Would love to visit ma patrie!

Maine…this summer…on the water ☀️
