Woke up today with a HEAVY moon cycle, but this helped lift that weight to help me trust this monthly process. Love dancing with you and the fame!! <3

The only issue I had with this workout is the amount of sweat the poured off my body had me slipping all over my mat! I didn't know my palms could sweat! Extra plank challenge :D Happy to be here! thank you!

Ah this was so fun and awesome! This is my precursor to the 60 day challenge, happy I found out about mBody just in time! I had been learning belly dancing and began branching out to barre, but no one else's videos were as genuine as yours so that led me to this place!
