What a beautiful class 😭😭 so fierce and soft at the same time! I was having some low back and hip tightness and was nervous for a sculpt class but my gut said try it and all the ab work and stretches at the end really released my lower back and i feel rejuvenated! Movement always heals, thank you for this!

this is what got me to do it! having a heavy flow but wanted a little more heat then to just stretch! Whew! That was a fun one!

omg this was so much dang fun! I couldn't make the live yesterday but after being sore from being on the road this totally helped my joints and muscles stretch out and dance! and yes! mbody does give us good booties and boobies LOL. but seriously having a little peck muscle I think helps that area lmaoo, love y'all!

Needed that reminder, on day 2, that I don't need to master my whole life today <3 thank you for this guide!

Coming back to this class! Getting me hype to go down south! SUCH a good flow! Hips feel awesome, so balancing! This is one of my favorite ever classes. I think it's underrated. I often go to it when I feel active but lazy at the same time and wanna give my hips a little love. Like if i have long day ahead of me and i hit this class, it activates everything and sends me off energized <3 Bring back live 63! lol
