Loved this so much! missed class but got it in a few hours later. This is why I'm Hot into Such Great Heights was an EPIC transition! love you guys so much!! This fam gives me SO much hope!

Omg this was so good. I had to miss class today to go get stitches out from my oral surgery last week and I wasn't planning on doing this until later this week.... Until I got curious and then heard the first song was Daft Punk's Get Lucky and the mat came out. Such an awesome flow, loving these new moves and as always, plenty of reminders that I needed to hear <3 thank you mbody team & fam!

Nick made it through! He wants to do it again! He said the cardio was confusing but he liked that we went through it a few times and he had it down on the last round! I told him he hopped on for a tough one but he did great! I'm so proud! Thank you for calling him out, after you said that he goes, " Well now I have to finish the class," hehehehe. Thank you so much! Mbody is bringing so much wellness to my family. He said it was fun and engaging and no other workout video has been like that for him! So excited he's becoming my dance partner now! <3 <3

thank YOU for showing up for us and making this wonderful practice available to the world. I'm so grateful to be here, yet in the middle of nowhere. Through previous practices (precovid), I learned to trust the process, but discovering this dance and community makes me ENJOY and LOVE the process. Thank you so much!!! <3
