What a beautiful class to return to! Glad i trusted the journey 3 years ago. And wondering how three years will look from now when I return back to this class after letting adventures in 💙

Kasey had tagged me in this and it took me a little longer to dig up respond then anticipated! When I'm at home I workout in my living room, but when I'm on the road I'll pull the mat out anywhere I can find even ground! Rest stops, truck stops, campgrounds, state parks, the beach, hotels, anywhere! Some of my favorite memories are bringing Mbody on the road with me and 'getting away' with working out in weird places. When I do workouts at home I reflect on doing them on the road and I get so happy. Similarly to when I do an older workout on the road and reflect back to the covid days when traveling seemed so far away. Now I'm using the van as a barre!  Thinking about International Women's Day live in a city park in Bisbee! Or the latest sculpt n stretch on a beautiful night waching a storm roll in under a palm tree at a Loves in Florida, or knockout sweat in a national park in Wyoming. These classes have been there for me through EVERYTHING and EVERYWHERE! Love y'all!!!
