Any insight on why a foot may be cramping when pointing for too long? Usually its in all 4's, I usually just flex or shake it out for relief but is this common? The cramp usually happens in my big toe joint and I typically just need to pop it haha or do a quick metatarsal stretch for relief but would rather hold the point

Really stoked to hear some conversation on Krisps running and knee question!

Mine comes from the same place, occasionally under the kneecap on the bottom. I also think I need to be more conscious of not sitting on my leg when im sending emails cuz its like my knee falls asleep. Just something I noticed with myself . My favorite stretch to relieve it is straightening the back leg in a lunge and tucking. Also stretching my calves on a step helps too. Very interesting to hear more on this. Although I really gotta stop sitting on my leg lol

Hmm I try to stay on dirt mostly for less impact on my knees, I do a lot of IT stretches too which seems to help! When the pain spikes up I just lessen the depth and focus on pulling up in my core more with less weight in the knee, especially if the barre is there to help. I blew out my knees years ago when going for miles and keep my runs to 2ish miles now that I balance them with Mbody, also heat helps my knee too! Curious if you've found any relief! Like I said mine comes and goes, usually shows up when I need new shoes 😅

I like rubber grip weights! Got 8s and 15s for when I really want to challenge myself. I got my 15s from amazon, 8s hand me downs, and I only wish the bell was flat on the side for when Marnie at it up right for balance and arm work (the 2nd 45 min one) otherwise i do love them! May get some padded gloves though cuz my hands hurt a little bit sometimes from gripping them but hoping thats just building strength! If you can, I'd get 5s and 8s! Cuz the 5 lb exercises are awesome to to build up to the 8s and 10s!

Awesome class and first time I got to work my abs in over a week! Great class for recovery, activating but incredibly healing and strengthening! Missed this live due to delivering a abandoned gosling to a rescue and it was so worth it to pop in and find the new theme. Definitely in line for my life now 💙 cant wait to return to this! Always love and hate those 3 rounds! So good, shoulders feel released and strong

I get a knee pain in my left knee occasionally too! Im also a daily 2 mile jogger to warm up my scoliosis back and get some fresh air! It's usually my knees telling me its time for new runninf shoes 😅 but a lot of stretching helps too! Its happened to me twice over the years for about a week, sometimes I just go flat footed if im i feel it needs to heal, but would be curious if theres more to it! Are you a pavement, treadmill or trailer runner?
