Didn't expect to return to this today, woke up thinking maybe power sculpt but have been short on time. While I was jogging the number 441 came to mind and it was so perfect. Such a challenging class but give yourself grace and switch weights when you need it. Its so good. The sweat, the message. The physical and mental love. Love yall. Not sure why 441 came to mind but I went for it and it was worth it 💙

Yes!!!! Would definitely love those! Towels and crop tops / sports bras! And the sweats, always wanted those and think I miss it every time! Whatever is on the gloves will be perfect and id wear them cuz sometimes my hands get sore with the weights. Love this idea 💙

This class was amazing. Challenging and fun, my legs felt it and my posture felt amazing all day after. I missed the live due to my friends celebration of life and did it Sunday, finding joy in this 45 minutes was so needed. Especially losing another friend en route to the service. Thank you for talking about the garden too at the end, been finding a lot of meditation there and having this daily place on the mat is just the best place to work through every color 💙 love yall

Also. I read that ankle weights were possible and threw on my 2s! Amazing core engagement! But definitely tough cuz i picked up the 5s before Marnie said 3s 😅 the sweat was healing

Wow, finally got to do this class after missing it on tour. The class was amazing, sweaty, fully embodied and the meditation, would have been perfect three months ago, but it was perfect for today
