Another year another challenge! Thank yall again for keeping these 5 years so interesting, fun and healthy! This challenge had a bit of bouncing around due to early shows and schedules, I can't rock out before my mbody time lol. I love surrendering to the flow of these challenges and accepting rest days which is something I'm trying to work in more for myself, but man it makes those sculpt days more fiery! Love this challenge
Low key high key hoping for a 60 into the colder months 💙🙏🤞 this was so fun o don't want the journey to be over!
