Wow what an amazing class! Therapy for the hips and soul, a mix of cardio and bedroom dance jams! Thank you for playing MSI, that made me smile so much! And WAP is such a good memory for me only from doing this class over the years, I'll never forget when Marnie saidnots technically a mother's day song 🤣 i had to wait a few days to do this class cuz my nephews were visiting but it was just what I needed to decompress and reset to take on the last month of summer. It was also very reflective as this week is basically my 5 years here (Aug 1!) And I would never get down and dirty, sweaty and smiling like this 5 years ago 💙 love you and thank you !
