Truly one of my favorite classes of all time and all time favorite power sculpt! I LOVE the cardio warm up and the laced in stretches and that up down flow is always one of my favorites! Thank you more please 💙

Soft grip! My hands still get sore from using them but the metal ones often rip up the skin, unless you get gloves too! 💙
