This is one of my all time favorites classes. Even after doing it over 10 times its still just as challenging and that's why I love it! The flow, the sculpt and yes, there's sweat, hoping this comment inspires someone to come back to it! :)

That was an amazing class to catch up after missing the live due to running a very insane amd body challenging event. Every move and flow was lubricating and all the aches I had are basically gone now. Love the connection and challenge moments too! What and awesome class! Thank you Marnie!
