Returned to this one today as part of my power sculpt Monday practice 💙 I don't know how many times I did this class but today wa the first time I finished the tricep extension! I've been discouraged lately and feeling g heavy (I'll blame it on January. ) but the words at the end hit me harder then ever 💙 this class proves we can pick ourselves up over an over again.

Finally bought myself ankle weights and was so excited to finally return to this class with them! It was so much fun and the weights connect to the leg in ways I didn't expect! Still a burn but more of a connection, one of my all time favorite classes and recommend the ankle weights and this class whenever you need a joyful boost!
