I love mine! A total game changer for abs and the mini under the back for stretches is my favorite! My cat steals the mini lol luckily they're so durable she can't pop it!

Sending so so so much love Molly, I can't imagine how that must be. I also know some classes can be particularly heavy emotionally, which is good sometimes, other times not so much, when you can. Perhaps stick to some cardio dances, healing hips or stretches. If you have time and need a cheerful pick me up the 80s dance party is amazing.
