Love Creativity for a theme and definitely need it this month!💙

Awesome class! I missed the live and ended up doing this before indulging in a hot spring in New Mexico and it was the perfect amount of movement, love the combos! I did it with 3lbs and it was tough but fun! The meditation at the end is amazing, and I've been focusing on manifesting a level up in my career and this month, on tour, I hope to create that. Noting that here now so I can reflect on it next time I do this class and read the comments!

I freaking love this class! I loved it live and couldn't wait to return to it! It's a lot of fun to throw on ankle weights on too for added connection! I love the puppies, the flow a d the words at the end have been getting me through this month 💙 love a chair dance!!

Beautiful experience 💙 I feel that so much, when these emotions we don't want to have or don't allow ourselves to have happen and we let them through. It's the only way they will get out of our bodies! I hope the situation concludes as gracefully as possible and you get some peace 💙 in the meantime I thinkni have to go back to love 380 💙🤠

Wow returning to think one of a heavy flow day, practicing slowing down, this is amazing if you need to breath but craving some burn and balance, amazing with the ankle weights too!!

Returning to this one on my personal quest of recovery days! Such a good stretch, still warming and activating. A perfect class for sore muscles. But connecting to them with ease and flow! Thank you!!
