It's not every 60 min class that I rush back to the week after, but this one is SO good. From the ab connection, sculpt, 80s inspirated cardio, the hip love and omg the soundtrack is perfect. Don't skip this one and Mali is right, this class is good for ANY mood. Can we request 80s month? 🤣🤣🤣 love yall! Thank you so much for everything. This 90s baby is craving some 80s 🤣💙

Returned to this one today! Needing low impact for the heavy flow and gonna follow up with hip love! But wow, just as challenging as it was the first time but I held my weights longer ! I'm having a love / hate relationship with these sculpty 3 sets! Lol but such a fun class! Don't let it fool you, your arms will BURN! Weights or none! I used 3 in the beginning. 2 during the Dance bur dropped during the second set to finish strong!

I was looking for a specific barre move in an hour class and came back to this one! Such a fun dynamic class! From the beginning cardionto the barre work. A lot of stretch moments too. Such a yummy hip class 💙
