That was so so awesome. I was having a stressful heavy day and wanted to push myself to do an hour but my body told me to catch up on this recovery vid instead. Just those standing rollovers into the lunges or whatever those are were so much dang fun and that was mental recovery along with a great engaging sweat. love y'all so much <3

Can't agree more! On the favorites and FB, when there was the outage the other day I was so sad I could not reach the fam! would love a communication option on the app <3

Furbaby friend! I love how they just stopped and stared at you like " oh moms doing this again," lmao, i laughed so hard i had to pause it! Been doing mbody since june 2020 and became a member in August of 2020 <3 more cameos!
