this was the PERFECT class after my 30 day roadtrip playing music and being kept up in the van! Low impact but sweated my ass off and feeling recovered already! love this fam!

Man... I just did this after a weird few days. Then you played Jack and Diane, the song I crashed my car to on Christmas. I had slipped on black ice during a very emotional time in my life. I was close to calling it quits on life but that song came on the radio and as I was sliding towards the guardrail i thought, Fuck! I wanna see my friends again! I closed my eyes and when it was over I looked down and I was okay! OH YEAHHHH Life goes on!!!! Was just blasting, like a sign from the universe. And hearing that today was just a good reminder, in an amazing workout I must say (loved the combo's), that life is good and I'm just very happy and grateful to be here, alive with this fam. Marnie thank you for your consistent signs from the universe for all of us. Love y'all!!!!
