I'm already jumping around on the playlist due to menstrual cycles lol but this is perfect and 204, 207 and 251 have been perfect for holiday recovery so far 💙

Per Lindseys mini challenge I am back here and super grateful to return to this class. Almost cried (again) when that miley song came on, reminding me how far I've personally come since the live in 2020. So dang grateful for yall 💙

Wow this is a new favorite by far. From the playlist to the combos I'm so stoked to come to this one! I missed the class because I was back on set acting again for the first time in about 2 years so I'm definitely celebrating that 💙💙💙 congrats Melissa! Love yall so much!

🥹🥹🥹🥹 what a good class, happy I had to catch the play back cuz I utilized that 10 seconds backwards button a lot lol also had to switch to the mini when looping behind the leg or I was gonna knock art off the walls. Loved this class can't wait to return to it and hear that meditation again 💙 love yall
