Coming back to this class! Getting me hype to go down south! SUCH a good flow! Hips feel awesome, so balancing! And that ab section, HOLY CRAP! love y'all! ps. can we do more country classes?? :)like a cardio dance country class where low key get the mbody fam line dancing so when we all meet up we can have a real shindig lol kidding! (but not really) <3

This is one of my favorite ever classes. I think it's underrated. I often go to it when I feel active but lazy at the same time and wanna give my hips a little love. Like if i have long day ahead of me and i hit this class, it activates everything and sends me off energized <3 Bring back live 63! lol

I LOVED the dance cardio and knock out classes! Would love a few long form versions of those, but also love the (oh god I only have like 20 minute to move) sweat seshes, whatever y'all do is always bad ass <3

Wow that was amazing especially after the week I had and the one I'm about to take on. My mom always said "watch the thoughts pass like clouds" so personally this hit home. Also having a harsh menstrual cycle so this paired with some healing hips is doing be well before along gig tonight. Love yall! So thankful for this

Love yall so so much💙🙏💙 thank you so much for holding space and the kind words. I'll be meditating on them and holding them very close to me during the next few weeks. I very rarely reach out for support in any community but yall have created a safe space where I literally had a dream last night that I was at another live class dancing joyfully with everyone. So incredibly thankful for mbody and this global fam this planksgiving. Words can't say it enough 💙💙💙💙

Ab's are burning in the Catskills NY! Originally from the mountains of PA. Loved this class, fun in the beginning very challenging at the end lol. Thank you for the words of wisdom at the end, they were needed for the times love y'all and this fam so dang much!
