Excited to be a part of this challenge and priorotize self love, care and health with all of you! This year has been rough as my dad passed away, after his second leg amputation. He would have given everything to keep his legs, so I’m embracing feeling every muscle and showing all the love to what this body is able to do and give it plenty of grace too. 💛💛💛 love this community board.
