I started this with achey quads a little worried about what would happen, but this was so perfect for me. The end stretch is one of the best, especially for my quads and thighs which now feel very renewed.
Thank you both hope we can make times work! Would love to meet for a juice and walk if the weather is good! Would around 2-4pm work? That way you have time before you head off to the airport. Molly can you do that day and sort of time too?
