After a day of sitting in meetings with a dodgy back, this was just what I needed—energising and strong. I loved the choice of stretches in the floor work - and so did my poor old back. Another favourite!

This was fab! My favourite combination in one class - booty and 45 minutes 😍  The ankle weights added a great challenge, and the upbeat playlist was an extra joy. Whoop whoop 👏👏👏

I found this a demanding class but who doesn't love hard things? Such a great sense of achievement and euphoria after completing this and definitely want to do it again ASAP. Loved it!
