This taught me not to underestimate a floor flow! This one is very powerful, with a great sense of achievement and peace when completed. 

Marnie, you are marvellous! Your courage and strength in returning to the mat after your injury are an inspiration (I will try not to moan about my arthritis again!!)

I was so excited to do the first class of the year and delighted that it was 45 minutes. This was a perfect way to start 2025 - plenty of strengthening and detox moves and Goddess with leg stretch 🙌❤️

This was fab! Some brain-energising new combos in the cardio series and a full body workout. A little extra gift is a wonderful sense of well-being you feel when you've finished.☺️ 

Another favourite! Strong, deliberate movements and combos to keep both brain and body working hard.  Marnie, today I'm thanking you for this fabulous platform and community.  These classes have massively improved my all-around health and quality of life. And working out with JP is just a joy. 😍 

I loved this just as much the second time around—especially the booty lifts, which felt really connected. During the workout, I was reminded how lucky we are to have such an inspirational teacher who curates so many varied and inspirational classes.

I loved this class! It was joyful, optimistic, and strong. The lovely teamwork with Lauren enabled Marnie to focus on detail, which really helped me understand how to refine and improve.  

Absolutely brilliant - I can't believe I missed it but will repeat it again and again ...... The mindfulness at the end is beautiful, thank you Marnie☺️
