Wellbeing 100% better having completed this gorgeous class - 30 mins was perfect after being absent from the mat for about 10 days!!. The stretches at the end had the brain working overtime - treating this as a rehearsal as it's a new favourite.  

The whole app review thing is a mystery to me but it looks like we can only see those from our own country though Marine (and her It wizards) will see all. Your rallying call should mobilise everyone - it’s an ingenious idea for celebration.

Keep coming back to this one - it is soooooo good. The opening and strengthening of the back is a standout winner for me. So too is the brilliant booty work.

Reminder to self - even better third time round! Learning to improvise, as the movement memory kicks in, feels so free and joyful.

This class was so much fun. The joy in the movements and the music is infectious and the time flew by. I loved the new routines - fabulous!
