Loved everything about this, including hearing about all those who are celebrating birthdays and M/Body anniversaries. So many familiar names - congrats and love!

Agree with all the comments below - a really fun class and another favourite!

Yeehaw! 🤠 Who knew barre and boots were the perfect match? A fabulous class that had us pulsing, shaking, and smiling all the way through. 💪

So sorry to hear the news about Oliver. Sending you and your family love and hope you find strength from the class when you have the chance to do it.

Revisiting this class after a few years feels like spending time with a close friend - familiar, joyful and definitely uplifting.

You're an inspiration, Cath, already planning your next class while still in recovery. I hope you're comfortable and being well supported. I can't wait for you to be back on the mat and to hear Marnie shout out our name!! Send warm wishes your way.

Love that - the whole class and the meditation. I'm off to look for 'glimmers' while ignoring the triggers ❤️

If ever you are feeling sorry for yourself, do this class! Not only is it perfectly choreographed, but it is also the most beautiful example of how to find joy in loss and ways to celebrate the love you received from those who are gone. Marnie's deep love for her fur baby, who died a few days before this 'live', is tangible. So is her strength, courage and her magical ability to get us all up, moving, growing and living well. Such a privilege to join you here, Marnie.

Great to revisit - a fast one. I just about managed to keep up!

Another favourite! This was an uplifiting (and for me) sweaty hour of joy, healing for the whole body. Fantastic playlist too - thanks M/Body team.❤️
