Morning workouts…

Hi gorgeous ones, I really want to try to start my day with my workouts but finding it really hard! So posting here hoping that will help me stay on track. First day today 🥰

Hey super mum x don’t beat yourself up about it but hoping you find a small window soon. ‘I’m just going to do half hour exercise’ - said in a frantic voice when everyone is making demands - is a catch phrase of mine, according to my family x

Sitting on my mat in London thinking of you today. So in awe of how you have seen the change you needed to make and are following through with it even though it is not easy. Please never let anyone, ex of family, make you feel guilty or bad for following your path. It sounds like your family is starting to realise their mistake. In the meantime my thought is not to agree to see him on your own. Put yourself first ❤️ you will get through this! xxx
