I am having such a terrible work stress day. Sitting here waiting for a nightmare call from my boss in a couple of hours. Wow I really need some m/body magic to bring me some resilience and care. Any work out recommendations people? Emily x

Super Bowl cardio perfect for flushing out anxiety x mid workout just remembered- oh yeah you can’t control everything. Reaching for peacefulness in the stretches. Perfect x
