Hi Emily x I am a student of the Alexander technique. In the technique you learn to release out of tension patterns & look after yourself in movement. I know people with scoliosis have found it very helpful to find freedom in movement without having to be ‘straight’. If you are interested in trying it you can find a qualified teacher near you if you search under Amstat. (American society for teachers of the Alexander technique).
