Yay! Here we go! Let’s finish strong.

Ballet sculpt and stretch….I love the softness of these classes but man do they require such inner strength!

I’m also a printed challenge board gal! Old school paper and pen for me.

I’ve have 5 babies since starting my M/BODY journey and for me, I always just went back to the 20 minute workouts. That was my way of easing into things. I also loved any of the ballet sculpt/stretch classes. Congrats on your baby and yay for wanting to get back into workouts again so soon! My little watches me too from her crib and sometimes my toddler tries to do the workouts with me (she steals my mini ball every time haha). For sports bras, I love the “Freely” brand sold at Academy stores if you have one of those local to where you’re at.

Yes! Super excited to get started!

Another Marnie “Mantra” I’m holding on to….anyone catch when she said “Deep strength is quiet.” This applies to many areas of my life, not just physical strength. 💪🥰

How did he do? Ha, my husband is a weight lifter and always kinda rolls his eyes at my barre workouts when he sees my 2 lb weights. He needs to join and see just how much strength it takes! yay for finding an activity to do together. And your little is just enjoying the show with her popsicle, so cute!

What a fun memory with your girl!
