Yes I knew mine was probably too squishy for my weight too and a little bigger than the movement ball. Do you have a barre yet? That was my first splurge a few months ago, ended up ordering the booty barre. Yea for taking care of ourselves!

I have done this video multiple times now and love the change of it being all standing. And I will do it again for sure, especially for the beautiful stretch series at the end. I felt like a real ballet dancer! Thanks for all the variety you provide to our MBody Fam!
