Yesterday was women’s day! One year later, so cool to do this today. I found my gliders and randomly selected this. The universe spoke to me! I had to take several pauses, no lie this was intense!

Wow! This was intense and wonderful! When I revisit, try to move faster and go all the way down on the top of my foot in that series. I couldn’t get all the way down and keep up!
