Global fam! I took a step away in June 2023 but I made it back! I had no idea how much I missed M/body. I turned 50 in 2024 and I am focused on me in 2025. What a class I chose to get back into it! This was sweaty and amazing and what I have been missing!

30 mins work best for during the week. The 20 min and 45 min I seem to go to less. On the weekend I choose the 60 mins!

As always, just what I needed! I fell off the workout wagon and did weight training yesterday. My whole body hurts and I needed a flow to stretch and recover. This was amazing!
