Ok wow! I normally skip healing hips classes, so glad I did this one. Lots of stretch and sweat. My HR got up to 141! And I really need to stretch my hips. Another revelation. There is about a foot in between my knee and heel when we stacked our legs 😫. I’ lol be looking for more healing hips to add to my weekly routine. Thank you Marnie!
