Fall Challenge Board!! 21/21 with some edits, I really loved this challenge—I live in the south so honestly as soon as summer ends and fall begins I feel I have MORE energy because y’all it’s just too dang hot in the summer, so this challenge felt perfect this month! (Also ending with the Richard Simmons celebration class was everything!!)

October is my last full month with the M/Body fam before I head up to Wyoming to work for the winter again and go internet silent for a bit and I loved sharing spooky release season with you all! <3

Hi friends!!
After an almost 8 month hiatus I’m back baby! (I work seasonal gigs and don’t always have access to the internet when I’m away so every few months I have to disappear 👻 while I was gone I worked my winter dogsled season and then spent a few months in southern Virginia working at a hiker hostel along the Appalachian Trail) I missed the heck out of this community and I’m so happy to be back on! ✨💕
Things I’ve already enjoyed in the work outs this week:
•the sheer amount of new video uploads I get to pick from! 🙌🏻 feels like Christmas!
•Chappell Roan hitting some of the playlists 💕✨🤩
•Power Sculpt classes?!? Omgoodness so excited to be able to incorporate some heavier weight days without leaving the platform, I love it! 🏋️‍♀️

Today was my last live for awhile! I spend my winters up in Wyoming mushing sled dogs and live in a dry cabin with no internet so I’ll be off grid until the spring! 😅 Wishing this lovely community a joyous holiday season and a very happy & strong new year! ✨💕 Thank you Marnie for keeping me strong through my off season before the dogs become my trainer again! 🤣 If any of y’all find yourselves in Jackson Hole, WY this winter come see me at Continental Divide Dogsled Adventures for a tour!!
So much love, Kristin

So my husband & I planned a trip to go to Iceland in November for my 30th way back at the beginning of 2023... fast forward to a super nice but also filled with unexpected bills summer, other fall travel plans being added to the mix, life life life, etc. I started feeling really overwhelmed by the thought of a big upcoming international trip. Then our AirBnB host had to unexpectedly cancel our reservation this week and I immediately felt...relief? So we talked about it and decided to cancel the whole thing and try again for next year if the season feels right and Im just so proud of myself for being able to adapt and listen to my current needs instead of feeling like I have to commit to something because past me wanted it. Past me would have felt like it was some moral failing to do not do the thing, present me knows that honoring my need for rest is way more important. That feels like such growth for me <3

Y’all, I just spent a full week at the beach with my whole family—husband, sisters, nieces & nephew, dad, step-mom—the whole crew and I had such a fun time but I didn’t hit the mat a single time! So instead of beating myself up about it I’m just turning my 60-day challenge into a 67 day challenge and keeping it moving—hitting the mat for the first time in a week today! Missed being here, happy to be back!

Happy 30 days into the challenge y’all! I think this is my first challenge I’m actually doing all the way through because I just have the time/energy right now and I’m having a lot of fun! I don’t go in order, I just pick whatever length/intensity works for me that day and write it down to keep track until I collect them all :) can’t wait to sweat with y’all for the next 30! <3

I have never been a consistent journaler, feeling like I need to relive my days on paper always just made my hand cramp and gave me a strange anxiety but I started reading “The Book of Delights” by Ross Gay last month which is a beautiful book of essayettes he wrote based on keeping a list of his daily delights for a year—so I was inspired to start my own little book of delights which has turned into just a bullet journal of gratitude, things that bring me joy in the day to day and I’m loving this format so so much. I hope you all find moments of delight today and everyday, they are always there whether tiny or massive or few or flowing <3

Either my cat or dog always ends up next to me for the stretch sequence, idk if it’s because I’m on the ground or if they just love Marnie’s energy 🥹💖

Oh my goodness, my husband got those Phillips color changing bulbs that you can control from an app so now I can change all the lights in our room along with the workouts and it’s so so fun! 🪄
