That move was new and mighty! I was all over the place too, but I’m looking forward to going back to it at some point to try again! And you totally will make progress — keep it up! 💜

I’m sorry your sick, Becca! And I know it’s hard to cheer from the sidelines, you seem like such a do-er 💜 hang in there!

That class this morning was marvelous, and I’m loving this new place to post, since I primarily use IG for my business. Thanks so much Marnie & Danni! And Marnie I can’t believe you were sick— you were hoping around like a jackrabbit in the live this morning! 🙌😆❤️

This class, while challenging, seems like it would be a great one for an mbody beginner. The messaging throughout class is just perfect. The work is hard, but rather than feeling defeated, there is freedom in choice. Gah, I loved it.

Coming back to this for day 48 of my 4th M/body challenge. The ending message has me in my feelings today. Looking at my situation pre-pandemic, and now, recognizing the change I leaned into during this on-going pandemic (with the massive uplifting of m/body), I see the beauty in using change as a tool for growth, rather than fuel for fears. This encouragement has made it's way into my body, yes, but my mind, my job, my relationships. Thank you for the continued support, light, and lifting you to bring.

This class had the most beautiful message. Brought me to tears at the end. Lionesses are now my second favorite animal(nothing can replace the manatee-ha!).

The message of gratitude at the end was exactly what I've been needing, after weeks of hard work, facing a creative burnout. A tough but necessary class for me today. Thank you for working this one in!
