Hi!! I'm a photographer, artist, mother, and ever hopeful that I will one day make it to an IRL class with Marnie and the fam!

I had marked this one as a favorite, and as I was redoing it, PHEW. What a firey one. And, then, I reached the end and remembered exactly why I favorited this. If you need low impact, but what to be challenged and sweat, DO this. Excellent standing hip and leg strengthening, with the most beautiful and phenomenal stretch (the best Danielle Ponder song!)

I hope you had the best birthday workout today! Happiest 50th!!!!

This one really worked my lower body around the hips, just like it was stated. Low impact, but don't be fooled, there's a nice burn here!

This class is pure joy. I was intimidated by the bounces, but made it through and loved every minute. What a class..and that encouragement at the end was exactly what I needed after a hard day.

I don't know why I haven't favorited this before. It's such a good low impact workout. Inner thighs, hello!!!

I hated missing this live, but this class is absolute fire in so many ways. The music, the message, the balletic choreography. SO stinking good. It was hard, but rewarding. In need of a low impact fire? This one is your jam. We missed you Marnie, so glad you had a good time, but thrilled you're back!

While not my workout (not the fault of the routine, more, I think, my own headspace not matching the energy), the message at the end is so stinking good. I'm looking forward to a month of letting go, and being realistic with what is actually in my control.Â
