some lovely lower body work to come back to, with a great stretch at the end and beautiful encouragement throughout. Oh, I wish I were in LA, because I want lil' Maddie (Matadora)

Congrats Brittney! Celebrating this for sure and wishing you all things- strength, rest, patience, love, and light 🥰🥰🥰

my simple request would be to have more frog pose in our cool downs. finding my inner thigh & hip socket area muscles super tight lately, and doing this stretch more would be marvelous.

Molly same! Excellent question!!!

Lindsey J I found it!! It’s the move at 18:00 on Low impact 336..

Lindsey J, no this one wasn't a boxing move. It was a plank to slow leg raise. I did it recently in an M<20 and I wish I could remember which one!! It was one of those slow moves that makes you work the stabilizers. I love a knockout sweat tho!

We did a move once that was a plank, lunge, then rise up and kick forward with the back leg. I loved the dynamic nature of it! Its the move at 18:00 on Low Impact cardio 336

I know this class is dedicated to LA, but I felt it so much in my own life, having recently experienced some loss in my extended family. I chest (heart) feels so very open, my legs and arms feel strong and ready to act, ready to receive. Missed the life, but feel so very grateful for the playback.

🩷How fortunate are we, to have someone gift us with this experience despite the grief. This is an hour of expressing all the colors, and one to come back to when any of us experience loss. I don't know how you do it Marn, but thank you. And all the love during this hard time. And Katelyn.. I'm so sorry to you as well. Surely this next week will be better <3
