Hi Erin! Don’t exactly have favorites, because I do feel like any of these workouts can be done listening to what feels good in your body.. but I guess my advice would be to just keep doing what you’re doing, which is Listening! Awesome job, momma 💜

As a person in a creative and often fickle field, I cannot stress enough how much I love this ending meditation. Connecting to source and creativity is a deep belief, and I LOVE this theme. (tried this one with 5lb weights, and I think that might be a bit too much for me, so future Amanda try this with less or no weights)
