This had some wonderful heat buildng stretch, not what I was expecting. It was lovely, challenging, but not in an exhausting way, in a recovering way, just like the title says 💜

I struggled.. but about half way through this I started believing that one day I will be able to get through the entire video with no breaks. So, I ended on a very encouraging note, and I am...you guessed it.. GRATEFUL! Thank you Marnie & team!
