So, I made it— with the help of all the fam, all I’ve learned, and the blessed Dramamine. I don’t do medication normally but that took the edge of where I could relax.. thank you again so much for all the support. This fam 💜🙌🏻

I felt it so much. Can’t express how much all of these people have meant to me— and the care and love sent by folks I’ve never met IRL. I’ll be using all this love again on my return flight 💜

I would say any of the stretch flow, followed by any of the low impact m<20s, and also hydrate! Wishing you a continued recovery!
