I would say any of the stretch flow, followed by any of the low impact m<20s, and also hydrate! Wishing you a continued recovery!

I know! I’ve been brought to tears at the amount of support from this community. I shouldn’t be surprised 💜

Can’t express how much I appreciate your comment. I was diagnosed with unrelated anxiety and mild PTSD a few years ago, and some of the treatment for that is pretty similar to what you describe. It is so hard. It’s this insane balance of recognition and distracting that I don’t have down yet. I wish you the best with your own recovery and am so grateful for your comment 💜

That’s a great tip. There are some positive points for sure, it can be a good trip and not a bad one, so I’ll keep this in mind. Thank you so much!

Your comments brought me to tears. I just really appreciate your balance of logic and emotion, and your incredible communication skills. I’m trying to work through some things tonight, but I feel that fear so accutely. I’ve read tons and can acknowledge that this is a deep fear, not a rational one.. I’m also trying to keep it in check because I’m traveling with my kids and don’t want to pass any kind of fear to them.
