As a person in the creative field, the ending message for this one is such a huge reminder for me on days where I struggle to feel enough. A wonderful, quick, sweaty session with a challenging bridge series at the end. Come back to this to see if you can get your shoulders more level in that bridge, future Amanda (and anyone else)

Thank you sweet friend! I don’t share much family stuff on here, but now we have 4 kids instead of two and they all get along really well 😁

Your optimism and outlook are so inspiring, Lizamary! I’m glad you reached out, and I hope it becomes a bit easier to find space for your body and mind. Parenting is so hard— it’s lovely but hard! And to reference Emily, you do seem like an excellent surfer😉, I could learn a thing or two from you 🤗

I have a 10 and 7 year old, who are both learning how to take care of things, and I think it’s a super healthy stress for them, if that makes sense! So, I totally understand!
