I don’t have experience in this particular place, but I would wager that your situation will continue to be about choice. Choosing to see something for what it was, and continuing to choose letting that thing go. All of the love and hugs as you continue your transition into a new relational space 💜

This class had me in tears at the end. Hip opening, sweaty, and so so good for a letting go practice. My life is going through a transition, that is both good, but also slightly fearful. Thank you so much for such a good concept for October.

Oh yes! That lemon water is a mainstay for me. It’s so great. Also, if you haven’t I’d encourage you to watch the latest M/BODY Q&A because there are some fantastic physical recommendations there too! That one really hit home for me 🙌🏻
