Take it easy, as hard as it is. I think maybe many of us are drawn to this work because we are doers, with goals, and love a challenge, love to see how far we can go… and so when we aren’t able, it’s just rediculously hard to be ok with bending. But please take care of yourself! This won’t last forever 🫶🏻

I love how you learned this in your second challenge. So in tune, Marisol!! It look me quite a few to start being ok with what I needed, despite being encouraged to.
