Do this when you need to be reminded of your power, and what you can accomplish. You'll work hard, but you'll feel so much strength and confidence, especially with that verbal hug at the end during meditation. My own experience here-- this came to me exactly when I needed it, during an incredibly stressful time with so many tasks and responsibilities pulling me in every direction. Made it through with 12lbs and was consistently reminded how strong I am because I've put in the work.. then, the ending mediation had me in tears. It was like you were speaking exactly to me, Marn. So much gratitude ya'll. ALSO you have this Aquarius for life, pal, despite us having never met. 😂

Each year I set words for the year. 2026's words are "listening and truth". Teared up at just how "true" to those words the intention at the end of this class was. What a lucky moment. Moving through this year with that intention. 🫶
